Try some aqua therapy they say its good for people who have siffered muscle or limb pain or any accident, its good way to relax your whole body as it uses nice warm heated pool
Oh yes, ill be going up in january sometime, school is driving me nuts, i cant wait to finish all my work for this year and go for a 2 month well deserved break *sigh*
